Methods of Payment:
We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, postal orders and personal cheques (subject to bank clearing times).
Orders:
We will dispatch your order as soon as we have confirmation of payment.
Where items are not in stock we will email you there estimated arrival date.
Delivery:
We use the Royal Mail for all our UK postage. Delivery usually arrives within 2-3 working days, however, please allow up to 7 days. We charge a low flat rate delivery charge per order, throughout the UK, irrespective of the number of items ordered.
If you are ordering from outside the UK then please email us first for postage costs at sales@babyfeetuk.com
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us at customerservices@babyfeetuk.com to let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines below:
- The item must be packed in its original box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels.
- The goods must be completely unworn.
- Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage.
- We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our warehouse.
Faulty Items:
If in the unlikely event your item is faulty, please contact us at customerservices@babyfeetuk.com quoting your order number, name, address and the reason for the return and notify us if you would like a refund or replacement. Note you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
